Homeless perv busted for sexually motivated burglary of NYC home: cops

A homeless pervert with a rap sheet was busted for a sexually motivated burglary after trying to break into a woman’s New York City home Saturday morning, police and sources said.   Ulysses Lucero, 27, was arrested after someone called 911 to report a burglary in progress near Avenue B and East 7th Street in Alphabet City around 4 a. m.
