A fugitive accused of the hit-and-run murder of a 16-year-old bicyclist in Los Angeles has been captured nearly two years after fleeing the US. Jonathan Rodriguez, 33, of LA, was taken into custody at Los Angeles International Airport Thursday after authorities tracked him to El Salvador, where he had allegedly been hiding under his dual citizenship, according to KTLA. 5 Jonathan Rodriguez, 33, was arrested after fleeing to El Salvador after allegedly killing a teen in LA nearly two years ago.
