The fallout has continued for Good Good Golf following a controversial ad that has put the golf content brand on its heels and is now threatening its planned sponsorship of a PGA Tour event in November. Good Good is set to sponsor a new event in November at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas, as part of the PGA Tour’s FedExCup Fall series, but the controversy surrounding the brand has now put that in jeopardy, according to The Telegraph. The outlet reported that the PGA Tour has several sponsors ready to take Good Good’s place if the tour cuts ties and on Tuesday, CEO Brian Rolapp was noncommittal about sticking with the brand for the event and admonished their initial response to the controversy.
