The NFL released a statement on the arrest of San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York. “We are aware of the matter which will be reviewed under the personal conduct policy,” NFL communications Brian McCarthy wrote on behalf of the league. The NFL’s conduct policy applies to all league personnel, not only players, which means York could face discipline from the league.
