A naked man was nabbed with an undressed 14-year-old girl in a car at a wildlife sanctuary on Long Island over the weekend, cops said. Victor Elizade, 19, was busted by a Southampton town cop who stumbled on the seamy sight while on patrol at the David Sarnoff nature preserve in Riverside on Suffolk County’s East End just after 9 p. m.
