An Ohio doctor who published a study on “the violent and homicidal adolescent” was gunned down by her teen daughter’s boyfriend and his roommate in an alleged hit against her parents. Tamela Dutcher was allegedly shot in the face by Christian Evans and Dajameous Payne during an invasion inside her Delaware County, Ohio, home on Aug. 14, according to court records viewed by The Post.
