Before being charged in connection to an alleged cocaine operation at Penn State, the father-and-son duo at the center of the fraternity drug bust had already racked up run-ins with the law, The Post has learned. Thomas Robinson, 23, was among the dozen Delta Upsilon students charged this week. His father, Paul Robinson, 59, was also charged in connection to the scheme.
