BALTIMORE — Heliot Ramos was aware of the expectations he faced when he was traded to the Yankees prior to the Aug. 3 deadline from the only organization he’d ever known after being drafted by the Giants in 2017.   “I wanted to produce, and I wanted to be hot as soon as I got here,’’ Ramos said prior to hitting third in the lineup against the Orioles on Thursday at Camden Yards.
