A depraved South Carolina mom allegedly let men sexually assault her daughters, ages 4 and 7, in exchange for money and drugs. Helena Nichole Hoyle, 27, is accused of trafficking the girls, including at least once when she was in the room — sitting on the floor, scrolling TikTok on her phone — while one of her daughters was being sexually assaulted, the Post and Courier reported Tuesday. Hoyle, of Bonneau, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of trafficking and child neglect.
