A woman was grazed by a bullet on a Brooklyn street Monday — marking at least the third innocent bystander to be shot in the borough in less than 48 hours. The 52-year-old woman was walking near the Glenwood Houses NYCHA complex in Flatlands when she was grazed by a bullet in the left arm around 1:10 p. m.
