Cyclist’s parents share heartbreaking tribute following death from Volta a Portugal crash

Michael and Dawn Tarling, whose son Finlay died at 19 after being hit by a car during the Volta a Portugal cycling race earlier this week, shared a tribute post on Instagram Sunday. “This has been the hardest couple days of our lives and it’s taken us a bit of time to be able to post this,” the couple wrote. “One of the things that has helped carry us through is the wave of posts, messages, emails, articles and calls from across our family, friends, team, local and sporting communities.
