The two sneaky goats who tried to hitch a ride on a public bus in Portland have been returned home to their owner. “Billy the Kid” and “Billy the Goat” were identified as the mischievous pygmy goats whose wild fare evasion effort was caught on camera, according to an update from the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet).
