The Dodgers’ slumping bullpen is getting an infusion of new blood. The team is calling up reliever Seth Halvorsen from triple-A, a source confirmed on Monday, adding the hard-throwing right-hander to its big-league roster less than a month after he was acquired in a trade with the Colorado Rockies. A 26-year-old with three seasons of MLB experience and a fastball that routinely tops 100 mph, Halvorsen got the promotion following six scoreless with triple-A Oklahoma City.
