An Atlanta-area man dubbed the “Master of Disguise” is accused of robbing 10 stores at gunpoint during his months-long “reign of terror. ” Tracy Daryl Mingo, 33, of College Park, Ga. , was arraigned Thursday on 20 federal counts tied to the alleged robberies, which took place between October 2025 and January 2026, according to the Department of Justice.
