Triston Casas’ bumpy path back to the majors has hit another setback. The slugging first baseman, who has not appeared in an MLB game since he was carted off the field at Fenway Park last May after suffering a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee, went under the knife once again. Boston announced Thursday that the 26-year-old underwent a successful left wrist arthroscopy.
