On Tuesday, the US Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force (NYNJRFTF) announced they had arrested Ivan Barias-Florimon, 24, in the Bronx after they identified him last week as the second suspect involved in the June 3 shooting death of Frederick Raymond Werner, 69. Werner and his wife were shot inside their Milford, Connecticut, home on June 3 after police say Barias-Florimon and another suspect, Stuar Lopez-Reyes, 25, broke into the couple’s home on East Broadway and began shooting at the victims.
