Jefry Yan celebrated accordingly after his long-awaited first MLB strikeout.   The Mets’ 29-year-old rookie reliever fanned Guardians pinch-hitter Angel Martínez during his big league debut Wednesday in the Amazin’s 6-5 win in 10 innings at Progressive Field, then immediately unveiled the wild celebration that made him a viral sensation in the minor leagues. Yan jumped into the air, kicked his legs apart and landed before emphatically pumping his arms.
