A man shoved a stranger into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor during a dispute Sunday — and left him to drown even when the victim’s girlfriend told him her beau couldn’t swim, authorities said. “The defendant stated he replied, ‘Oh, well’ and walked away,” according to charging documents obtained by The Baltimore Banner. The fatal encounter occurred when suspect James Fitzsimmons, 36, got into some kind of argument with 37-year-old James Britt, whom he didn’t know, behind a Whole Foods and chased him to the water’s edge and shoved him in, officials said.
