The Angels traded right-handed pitcher Jose Soriano to the Blue Jays on Monday morning ahead of the MLB trade deadline, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed. Los Angeles received Double-A shortstop Arjun Nimmala, Double-A outfielder Eddie Micheletti and Rookie Ball pitcher Angel Rivero. It is a surprising move from the Blue Jays, who appeared to be going into seller’s mode after trading away starter Kevin Gausman to the Cubs on Sunday.
