Chad Williams ID’d as Idaho In-N-Out gunman after two killed, 7 injured in mass shooting

Police have identified the suicidal gunman who killed two people and wounded seven others when he opened fire at an Idaho In-N-Out. Chad Williams, 24, went on a deadly rifle-wielding rampage at the In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls on Saturday afternoon before killing himself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police Chief Matthew Hicks said at a press conference Sunday. “We want to take a moment and commend the actions of the off-duty officer and this citizen and their heroic action to stop this incident,” Hicks said.
