Sicko nabbed for raping multiple children he met at NYC shelters: sources

A serial sicko allegedly raped several children over an eight-year period after meeting them at Bronx shelters, police and sources said Sunday.   Stephen Charles, 42, was caught on Friday and hit with a slew of charges, including six counts of rape and five counts of predatory sexual assault for sexually abusing five children and an adult from January 1, 2018 through May 5, 2026, according to the NYPD.    Stephen Charles allegedly sexually assaulted multiple kids over an eight year period.
