Body of girl, 10, who drowned in NJ’s Passaic River found 2 days later

The body of a missing 10-year-old girl who vanished while swimming in New Jersey’s Passaic River has been recovered.   Passaic Mayor Hector Lora announced Friday that divers found the girl after a couple in a nearby building spotted “something” in the river and immediately dialed 911.   She went missing Wednesday after she and her two friends, who were brother and sister, entered the water near Pulaski Park.
