Emerging Chiefs rookie Cyrus Allen leaves on cart in potential injury worry

One of the Chiefs’ early training camp standouts caught a bad break on Saturday. Kansas City rookie Cyrus Allen suffered an apparent left knee injury during practice, according to ESPN’s Nate Taylor. Allen was working as a gunner on a punt rep when he collided with Kaiir Elam while running downfield, per Taylor  He stayed on the ground after the play with his helmet buried in the turf as trainers came over to check him out.
