ELIZABETHTOWN, NY – Luciano Frattolin appeared to be hatching a diabolical plan to regain custody of his daughter based on newly revealed notes presented in court Thursday that police found the night the killer dad is accused of murdering the 9-year-old. Frattolin penned a bizarre 10-year “father’s report” that was stashed in the glovebox of his rental car along with scribbled notes for “Plan A” and “Plan B,” according to the evidence presented by prosecutors on Day 6 of the murder trial in Essex County Court. A cryptic document titled “closure/confession” was also found in the Toyota Prius where Melina Frattolin was last seen before authorities allege her father dumped her body in a muddy swamp in the Adirondacks on July 19, 2025.
