Two adorable dogs who were allegedly dragged by a Queens man as he drove through Long Island City earlier this year have made miraculous recoveries and are ready to find their forever homes. Marzipan and Nougat — known affectionately as Marley and Miss Noogie — are now up for adoption after receiving specialized treatment from the ASPCA following their rescue in January.
