A Florida mom has been arrested after her three children were found living in “biohazard conditions,” with human feces “coating the floors, walls and ceilings” of the living areas, even the kitchen. Carla Nishikura, 41, was charged with three counts of child abuse after her kids were found in the Palm Coast home that was so disgusting a cleaning crew refused to go in “due to the biohazard conditions,” according to an arrest affidavit. The alarm was raised on July 16 when a neighbor saw the tattooed mom’s 8-year-old daughter wandering around outside naked, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said in the report.
