A Louisiana woman’s first cruise vacation quickly turned into a nightmare after she suffered a “catastrophic” genital injury resulting in “grapefruit-sized lady bits” while enjoying a beach excursion. On day three of her Carnival cruise with her boyfriend, Kirsten Lindsey, 28, was seriously injured on a shore excursion in Honduras following a mishap on a rope swing, according to a GoFundMe set up for medical expenses.   “Based on what we witnessed, a retrieval/tag line appears to have been improperly connected to the swing,” Lindsey’s partner, Blake Ford, wrote on the fundraiser.
