Maniac punches 81-year-old woman in face during random NYC street argument: cops

 A stranger punched an 81-year-old woman in the face during an argument on a Queens street last week, police said.   The senior citizen was standing outside a Salvation Army in Jackson Heights when the jerk walked up and began a verbal tiff with her around 7:45 a. m.
