Brewers star Brandon Woodruff to undergo season-ending surgery in crushing blow

Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff is likely to miss the rest of the season in a massive blow for his team. Woodruff, 33, told reporters Saturday that he was set to undergo right shoulder capsule surgery. He previously underwent the same procedure in 2023 and rehabbed the injury for 20 months in that instance before returning.
