Yashira Marie Maldonado, 34, allegedly wrapped a metal chain around the teen’s waist outside her great-grandmother’s home Saturday in Miami suburb Hialeah — then went home to watch TV in bed, according to NBC Miami. The disturbing punishment left the girl restrained without food, water or cover from the intense sun, according to a police report cited by the station.
