A grad student allegedly hell-bent on spreading hate and panic at San Jose State University was arrested. The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that a graduate student in Northern California was arrested after writing hateful and bomb threatening messages at a university on Monday. Ziheng “Tony” Fang, pursuing his Master’s Degree in Data Science, allegedly wrote messages of hate along with bomb threats, according to The Department of Justice (DOJ).
