A Fourth of July celebration in Solano County turned into a gruesome scene when a 20-year-old woman was mowed down and allegedly abandoned by her boyfriend. Alexis “Lexi” Hardheart was sitting in a car’s passenger seat being driven by a man –– identified by friends as her boyfriend, Alejandro Rodriguez Zetina — who was doing high-speed “donuts” in a Vallejo parking lot. The crowd had gathered there to watch the July 4 fireworks when a few drivers, including the suspect, started doing car stunts, reported KVTU.
