Mike Trout ready for All-Star Game as he makes return from IL

Mike Trout hasn’t played in an All-Star Game since 2019. More than five years later, the Los Angeles Angels star is set to make his 12th All-Star appearance at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, less than 50 miles away from Trout’s hometown. The Angels activated Trout from the 10-day injured list Wednesday, making him available for the Midsummer Classic on July 14.
