A lunatic Florida cop attacked an elderly man at a restaurant after his wife shot down the drunk’s sexual advances, authorities said. Disturbing surveillance footage from Merk’s Bar & Grill in New Smyrna Beach Monday shows 44-year-old Jason Stickels, an off-duty sergeant with the Volusia County Sherriff’s Office, standing behind a seated couple before leaning in toward the wife, 71, for a smooch, according to a charging affidavit. After the failed kiss, the 77-year-old husband attempted to intervene by shaking Stickels’ hand and pushing him away from his wife.
