The first In-N-Out Burger in Palm Springs is still on track to open despite hitting a slight snag that could potentially delay its long-awaited debut. The Palm Springs Planning Commission on Monday night stalled final approval of the eatery at 1801 E. Palm Canyon Drive in the Smoke Tree Village Shopping Plaza, requesting yet another design review before green-lighting the iconic burger spot.
