Rabid lefty Stephen King sticks by alleged rapist Graham Platner

Lefty horror author Stephen King is sticking by Graham Platner — even after the Maine Democratic Senate candidate was accused by his ex-girlfriend of breaking into her home and drunkenly raping her. Maine resident Jenny Racicot made the allegations against Platner in a bombshell report published in Politico on Tuesday that threatens to end the oysterman’s already scandal-ridden campaign. Droves of Democrats have since pulled their endorsements and urged him to bow out of the race –but not King, who said he hopes Platner pushes through because everyone on Capitol Hill has skeletons in their closets.
