A Pennsylvania teen wanted in the shooting death of Penn State student Billy Schmidt was found hiding out at a distant relative’s home thousands of miles away after a nearly month-long manhunt. Azzubair Outen-Fleming, 16, was captured in Colorado Springs by the US Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force despite trying to deny his identity on Wednesday, the US Marshals Philadelphia branch announced. Outen-Fleming was identified alongside Kaiseem Smith, also 16, as the two teens accused of ambushing and fatally shooting Schmidt on the streets of South Philadelphia at around 1:30 a.
