Police are searching for a wacko on an electric scooter who randomly pushed a boy to the ground and punched him in the face while the kid was with his mom in Queens, according to authorities and sources. The 12-year-old boy was walking with his mother near Blossom Avenue and Main Street in Flushing around 9 p. m.
