The Yankees shouldn’t be this lost without Aaron Judge

Manager Aaron Boone said before the Yankees lost their seventh straight game that a “number of” Yankees were sick to their stomachs. And that doesn’t even count or consider all the poor fans who witnessed the Yankees’ worst seven-game stretch — or is it stench? — of offense and overall play, maybe in their mostly storied history. Boone eventually estimated the clubhouse sick bay, believed to be caused by food poisoning, to be “seven or eight” deep, and that certainly didn’t help this struggling squad.
