Quick-thinking Virginia first responders formed a human chain to rescue a driver who was trapped in a sinking car after crashing into a pond, dramatic video shows. Fairfax County cops and firefighters waded through a Chantilly pond Sunday afternoon to pull the woman from her sinking silver vehicle, according to police bodycam of the rescue shared online. “It’s going down,” a cop shouted before three officers quickly removed their vests to avoid being pulled down by the water and jumped into the pond.
