WASHINGTON — The Department of Justice has launched a grand jury investigation into centimillionaire Neville Roy Singham for allegedly breaking the law to fund a network of Marxist and other left-wing groups in the US for more than a decade, The Post has learned. Grand jurors have been empaneled in Manhattan and prosecutors in US Attorney Jay Clayton’s office have fired off subpoenas for bank records to probe allegations of money laundering or other financial fraud, according to a source familiar with the matter. The grand jury probe into the Shanghai-based tech mogul, first reported by Fox News, was begun months ago and authorized by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, the source said.
