Serial killer Rex Heuermann is finally going to hell. It comes in the form of one of New York state’s oldest prisons, a bleak facility isolated in the frigid Adirondack Mountains near the Canadian border. Know as “Little Siberia,” the infamous Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, NY, opened in 1845 has warehoused some of the nation’s most evil killers.
