At least four people were shot in a Boston suburb during a Cape Verde World Cup celebration that turned violent Friday night. Hundreds of Cape Verde fanatics gathered in the downtown Brockton neighborhood when cops received multiple reports of gunfire on Main Street just before midnight, according to Boston 25 News. “Officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and Park Street and found at least four people with gunshot wounds,” the Brockton Police Department said in a statement.
