You now have a chance to hold Plaxico Burress’ historic Super Bowl moment in your own hands.   The former Giants star receiver is selling the football he caught in Super Bowl 2008, which gave the Giants a 17-14 win over the then-undefeated Patriots in one of the greatest upsets in NFL history.   With the Giants trailing 14-10 in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter after David Tyree’s iconic “Helmet Catch,” Eli Manning found Burress for the historic go-ahead touchdown.
