Angry man seen dangling off the side of car in San Francisco road rage incident: ‘He’s running him over’

An enraged man involved in a road rage incident who clung to the door of a moving SUV was arrested in San Francisco. The insane act happened on California Street in Richmond neighborhood. Alfredo SalvioOrozco, 49, was caught on video as he threw things at the car and verbally abused the driver of the SUV.
