Orsen Reyes, 23, sat before Judge Althea Drysdale in Manhattan Supreme Court looking unkempt while wearing a white bandana under his knotted hair as he heard the sentence for his December 2024 attack. Before the sentence was handed down, Manhattan Prosecutors revealed Reyes “repeatedly” stomped on his victim’s head and pulled his legs toward the train tracks during the incident.
