The Texas Christian summer camp where 28 people, including 25 young girls, died in catastrophic flash flooding last July has declared bankruptcy — amid mounting debts over $10 million. A Chapter 11 filing listed Camp Mystic’s assets as between $1 million and $10 million and its debts in excess of $10 million, the New York Times reported. The camp has been beset with wrongful-death lawsuits by the families of those killed.
