South Carolina personal trainer Elena Moore’s autopsy results leave questions unanswered

The preliminary findings from an autopsy of a South Carolina personal trainer who was found dead after vanishing has been revealed. Elena Moore’s autopsy “did not identify an immediate cause of death,” the Lexington County Coroner’s Office announced Monday. “Examination of the body revealed no evidence of traumatic injury, including no bruising, lacerations, gunshot wounds, stab wounds, blunt force trauma, strangulation, or other external injuries,” the statement read.
