Dodgers’ Blake Treinen placed on injured list

Reliever Blake Treinen has been placed on the injured list with right elbow inflammation, the Dodgers announced before their game against the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday. Treinen pitched a perfect ninth inning against the Orioles the previous night, setting the stage for a comeback in the bottom half of the inning. The Dodgers scored three runs in a walk-off, 6-5 victory.
