A New Jersey man pleaded guilty this week to sexually assaulting one of the girls on his wife’s cheerleading team — and his spouse is also facing charges in the disturbing case. Michael Brown repeatedly assaulted the girl, a member of the Harrison Sparks cheerleading squad, from when she was 13 to the time she was 16, authorities said. The attacks took place in the home Brown, 46, shared with his wife, Valerie, 44, who coached the cheerleaders and led the organization, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
